Do you want to prepare easy peasy sweet for some festival or you want to prepare easy and yet delicious desert for a party? No worries!! Just with these few ingredients you can prepare this delicious sumptuous “paneer ka kheer” in less than 15 mins.

Ingredients:
- sweetened condensed milk (2 cups)
- Paneer (200g) Grated
- Milk (2 cups)
- Few strands of saffron (kesar)
- cardamom powder
- 2tbsp chopped almonds
- 2tbsp chopped pistachios
- 2 tbsp raisins
Method :
- Take 2 cups of milk in a heavy bottom pan and boil on medium-low heat.
- Add, few strands of saffron.
- Keep stirring and cleaning the sides, so that milk does not burn at bottom.
- Once the milk is reduced to half, add 2 cups of sweetened condensed milk to the pan and mix well.
- Keep it boiling for 2-3 mins.
- Now, add cardamom powder, chopped nuts and raisins and boil for 1 min.
- Add grated paneer to the pan and switch off the gas.
- Let the pan be on heat and cover the pan. (allows slow cooking on heat).
- Paneer kheer is ready.
- Once is it cooled down, put it in refrigerator.
- Serve chilled, garnished with some chopped pistachios.

Notes: Do not boil milk after adding paneer, it might spoil milk.
