Hello my dear friends,

I am sharing this recipe on demand of few of my friends. One of my friend saw my son’s lunch during a school lunch visit and she loved the sandwich (by appearance) my son had carried that day for lunch. When she got to know from me The Mediterranean grilled cheese sandwich, and its ingredients, she looked so amazed and wanted to know the recipe. Though I told the recipe to her verbally, she wanted every details about it. And, so today this blog is for her and all other friends who is looking out for some different sandwich. Sorry, for the long wait my dear friend. Without further ado, I am going to share the recipe.

Ingredients:

1) Ciabatta bread (From Costco)

2) Basil Pesto (I get Kirkland Basil pesto from Costco)

3) Marinara Sauce (Victoria white linen Marinara from Costco)

4) Muenster Cheese (I get from Costco)

Method:

1) Split the ciabatta bread into two halves, using a knife.

2) Apply marinara sauce on one half of ciabatta, while apply basil pesto on the other half.

3) Place a slice of muenster cheese between the bread slices.

4) Apply butter on the top of the bread to get more crispy texture (optional).

5) Now, grill the sandwich in a griller, till the cheese melts and you get light brown texture of bread.

Tadaaa!!! here is your sandwich. Now you can relish your yummy breakfast with a hot cup of coffee!!
